Once athletes have finished the bike leg, they will rack their bikes and run across the dismount line and then turn right and race towards the finish line. Shoes are optional.
Race 3 will start with a 100m run to get to the bike,. SHOES COMPULSORY. Athletes will then ride out on the 7km cycle loop before heading into transition and starting out on the 1.5km run. They will then head into transition and grab their goggles and swim cap and shoot out on the last leg of the day, the 300m swim.
